UNL’s Love Library is hosting the exhibition “Lost World of
E.H. Barbour: Renaissance Man on the Plains,” in the second floor lobby of Love
South, open from June 3 – August 10. The exhibit opens on June 3, and Love Library
will celebrate from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. during Lincoln’s First Friday Art Walk.
The exhibit provides a photographic introduction to E. H. Barbour’s
interest in natural resources, the Lincoln and University community, and
travel. It includes just over 40 black and white photographs gleaned from the
thousands that Barbour took throughout Nebraska and during his many trips in
the United States and abroad.
