Digital Humanities Spring 2015 Semester Kick-off Event, Jan. 21

Love technology? Love history, literature, art, archeology, or languages? What program of study combines both? Digital Humanities! Learn how we use technology to study, learn, and communicate about human culture at our Spring 2015 Semester Kick-off Event in Love Library (rooms 221-222) on January 21 at 4:00 p.m. Hear about the undergraduate minor in digital humanities, our graduate certificate program, and more, and see some cool hardware and software demos, including a variety of 3D technology. We'll have representatives from the Nebraska Literary Lab, the Digital Scholarship Incubator, and a wide variety of digital humanities projects in anthropology, art history, classics, history, and literary studies. The event is a great opportunity to get ideas for UCARE projects and to meet faculty sponsors. Contact Elizabeth Lorang (llorang2@unl.edu or 472-4547) with questions.
