The Funding Information Network is
a network of libraries, community foundations, and other nonprofit resource
centers that provide a suite of tools and resources useful to grant seekers. As
a member of the Funding Information Network, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln
Libraries provides a core collection of Foundation Center publications and a
variety of other useful resources. One of the most valuable of these tools is
Foundation Directory Online, which allows individuals and non-profit
organizations to search for possible donors from over 120,000 foundations and
corporations! This online database is
only available for use within Love Library to patrons.
On September 17, Love Library will
be hosting a session that will provide an introduction to the Foundation
Center’s comprehensive online database, Foundation
Directory Online Professional, Come and learn how to create customized
searches to develop targeted listed of foundations that will match your
organization’s funding needs. This free workshop is open to the public.
Attendees are asked to register for a Community Member Computer Use card prior
