During Fall Break, the
UNL Libraries has four different workshops for you to attend. Each workshop is available twice, one on city
campus and one on east campus. These
workshops focus on applications that are helpful for citation management
and organizing research. The workshops
are as follows:

Basics
Hands-on instruction
and practice with this citation manager. Learn how to efficiently import
references, attach a digital document to a citation, and use EndNote to
incorporate in-text citations and generate a bibliography in the citation style
of your choice. Attendees will get the most out of the workshop if they have
EndNote X7 installed on their personal computers.

RefWorks
Basics
Learn how to organize your research by using
RefWorks with hands-on instruction and practice
using this web-based citation manager. The
workshop will get you set up with your very own RefWorks database, show you the
basics of adding to and maintaining your database, and show you how to
automatically create bibliographies in your desired style (APA, MLA, etc)
directly from your Refworks account. If using your personal laptop,
please set up a RefWorks account, and download and install the
Write-n-Cite add-on on your computer prior to the workshop; visit http://libraries.unl.edu/refworks.
