Handmade books now on display in Love Library North

The 4th biennial Heart & Hands Juried Book Arts Exhibition for Students is now on display through May 31 on the second floor study area in Love Library North. More than 80 books from 23 states and Canada were juried by UNL Cather Professor of Art Karen Kunc and guest juror Barb Tetenbaum, book arts department head at Oregon College of Art & Craft. Of the 82 works reviewed, 47 were accepted and nine Juror’s Awards were bestowed to artists based on a variety of criteria from concept and execution to compelling storytelling.
